Our client is a multinational manufacturing and production company that supplies timber.
The Customer Relationship Manager must be able to:
- Achieve or improve on allocated target volume and revenue of total product range.
- Achieve or improve on targeted product price.
- Monitor and manage claims in collaboration with Customer Service Team.
- Report on daily/weekly/monthly customer interactions(Call Reports).
- Prepare weekly/monthly Call Plans.
Manage the process from customer prospecting to new accounts.
