Our client is a multinational manufacturing and production company that supplies timber.

Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager must be able to:

  • Achieve or improve on allocated target volume and revenue of total product range.
  • Achieve or improve on targeted product price.
  • Monitor and manage claims in collaboration with Customer Service Team.
  • Report on daily/weekly/monthly customer interactions(Call Reports).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly Call Plans.


Manage the process from customer prospecting to new accounts.
