The customer service representative is acting as an extension of the companies brand and core values, this task is accomplished by treating each customer in a courteous manner, greeting them and answering every question in a pleasant and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure that administrative duties are accurate and timely.
- Solve complex problems through teamwork and creativity.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification

- Able to work day shift and night shift
