Perform reconciliations to ensure the validity, accuracy and completeness thereof, ensuring adherence to accounting requirements.
Participate in collaborative industry forecasting meetings to identify major forecast deviations to jointly improve forecasting as well as understand and incorporate specific industry insights into the demand plan.
Scan the environment and coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances for input into the refinement of the product forecasting model.
Develop a supply plan for quantities of currency to be issued by the organisation.
Participate in collaborative meetings with cash centres to identify major deviations to the planned product processing plans.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and proficiency in Statistical and Forecasting Fundamentals.
Experience in a banking environment would be advantageous.
