Due to incredible growth, we’re searching for individuals with previous sales experience, to join our inbound sales team in Concentrix + Webhelp Durban!

You will be working on behalf of a major American broadcasting corporation, supporting customers with on variety of inbound queries and sales opportunities . You will be based in our brand new, state of the art office in Westway Office Park, 18 The Blvd, Dawncliffe, Durban.

To be considered in this job, you must be able to commit to full flexibility between 2pm – 4am Monday to - Sunday.

• Nightshift allowance

As the voice for our client, you’ll support customers with:

• Converting customer queries into sales opportunities
• Upselling and promoting new and additional services and products
• Help customers find a better priced plan
• Upselling or cross selling on a customer’s account
• Objection handing

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• Minimum 6 months call center experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Fluent in English language (B2 Level or above)
• Matric certificate
• Good at multi-tasking
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time
