Your role:

Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our DaaS environment, supporting thousands of clients across the globe. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Citrix Hypervisor infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer support.

As part of V2 Cloud, you will:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our company's IT infrastructure.
• Set up and maintain software and hardware components.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support, manage access controls and user accounts.
• Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal operations.
• Develop and maintain improvements, IT policies and procedures.
• Efficiently handle IT projects.

You know or you have proved yourself in

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, networks, and operating systems, virtualization technologies, specifically Citrix Hypervisor or Hyper-V.
• Solid experience in Linux administration and Zabbix monitoring or comparable tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and demonstrated drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
