We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in web application development using PHP, specifically with either Laravel or Symfony frameworks. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, with a strong focus on problem-solving and a solution-driven approach. This individual will play a key role in removing impediments and guiding the team to successful project deliveries while providing support to junior team members and consistently delivering on their own assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive web-based solutions using PHP (Laravel or Symfony).
• Lead the development of complex features and functionalities for frontend and backend components.
• Overcome impediments and hurdles to ensure smooth project progress and team productivity.
• Mentor and support junior team members through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Independently execute on assigned deliverables with high-quality PHP code.
• Participate in architectural discussions to enhance system scalability and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain application reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest PHP, Laravel, or Symfony trends to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full stack web development with PHP.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Strong expertise in server-side PHP programming with Laravel or Symfony.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or others.
• Proven track record of overcoming technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and assist junior developers.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality code and products.
• Solid understanding of version control systems like Git and experience with collaboration tools such as Jira.
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of deployment processes and tools like Jenkins or similar continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, etc.
