Job Responsibilities:

• KPI-oriented, focused on increasing CoinEx’s trading volume in the African market.
• Onboard high-quality local KOLs, community leaders and influencers as ambassadors.
• Monitor & evaluate ambassador performance, understand their core needs, and develop strategies to achieve KPI goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, understand competitor exchange ambassador programs (onboard requirements & incentives), and dynamically adjust expansion strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with prior experience as growth manager, affiliate manager, or KOL manager at a CEX, with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive network and strong resource connections in Africa (top KOLs, community leaders, etc.), with a proven track record of successful cases.
• KPI-oriented, driven by high earnings, self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
