Role Overview

As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients across the EU. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering personalized, white-glove service to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and trading activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
• Act as the primary relationship owner, promptly addressing client needs, inquiries, and feedback.
• Organize and participate in online/offline events to strengthen client engagement.
• Proactively re-engage churned or inactive clients to reactivate their accounts and trading activity.
• Identify opportunities to drive client trading activity and adoption of CoinEx products.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for key accounts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client service—preferably in crypto or fintech services.
• Fluent in English plus one additional EU language (German, Dutch, or Spanish preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
