Role Overview

We seek a proactive Key Account Manager to drive client engagement and growth within our client base. You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts in the Latin America region.

Job Responsibilities:

• VIP Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global market makers, quantitative trading firms, and other institutional partners to enhance long-term engagement and satisfaction. Manage account operations and support by processing client inquiries including trading data, campaign details, and account management.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track clients' trading activity and liquidity performance regularly; Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, provide professional support and deeply explore client needs, as well as identify new cooperation opportunities to increase trading volume.
• Drive result-oriented partnership initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across LATAM markets.
• Coordinate with BD team and marketing team to maximize the sales potentials.
• Understand customer needs and business objectives and offer the right solutions to customers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyze client behavior to anticipate needs, areas of improvement and translate client feedback into actionable product insights.
• Handle ad-hoc or cross-functional projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development or partnership management, preferably in crypto exchange, Web3, or blockchain related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Spanish/ Portuguese.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experienced in driving new market development and expansion would be an advantage.
• Proactive, results-driven, and open to tackling challenges with a positive and innovative mindset.
